Garmin Express install problem

I've downloaded the Garmin Express installer and tried to install
it on my Dell laptop running 64-bit Win 7, and it simply says,
"Failed, Try Again?"

I've e-mailed Garmin support, but in the meantime does anyone have
suggestions?

That happens to me from both of my computers, so I use
GarminMapUpdater_v3.3.3_2.exe, which works just fine.
