Memory needed on Nuvi 1370--help?

I have a Garmin Nuvi 1370. Okay, this device is 4 years old.
I just tried a map update and don't have enough space for North
America.
Program says to use a memory card--but I don't think I can install
one. Other possiblity is to select "region"--but I want all of US and
Ontario Canada.
Any help would certainly be appreciated.

Yes, your 1370 will take a micro sd card. They are fairly cheap now and
I would get a 8 or 16gb class 10 card which should hold most all your
map data.

No need to pay extra for a class 10 card which is primarily for
recording video and other applications where a lot of data has to be
written/read in a hurry. A class 4 or 6 will do just fine and be cheaper.

I had to add a card for upgrades. You can get an 8 gig micro SD card
for about $12 US and problem solved.
