Garmin GPS - Tricks, Tips, Work Arounds, Hints, Secrets and Ideas
The "Garmin GPS - Tricks, Tips, Work Arounds, Hints, Secrets and Ideas" project has now been moved to a new permanent location at:
http://ghayman.net/GARMIN.TnT
Most of the 100 plus Garmin nuvi GPS articles were posted during a period when Garmin was developing and releasing the earlier models 200 - 800, 1200 -1400, 2200-2400, 3700 and 5000 series, much of the tricks and tips still can apply to more recent Garmin portable road models. Many of the techniques are not to be found in your manuals or on the current Garmin website.
The articles provide useful and interesting (sometime humorous) reading and promote a better understanding of your personal GPS. Lots of things you didn't know.
The project was started in 2007 and you are bound to glean some valuable techniques that you can put into practice.
Stop by anytime and take a peek at topics that might interest you especially if you are new or haven't visited in a while.
Additional articles are invited, especially ones dealing with current Garmin road GPSs. They will be published with full credit to be shared with other Garmin GPS fans.
